Hi,

after a server crash, because of a “Out Of Disk Space” situation, the admin credentials were corrupted for some reason.

How to reset it?

  • esadmin system stopall
  • change password on local system for the esadmin user.
  • eschangepw.sh <new_password>
  • esadmin system startall

This should do the trick.
