Starting with Connections 6.5 and higher, HCL is introducing a new Activities standard based on Kudos Boards. Great decision to include Boards into the codestream. You can use it without license, but then you see and experience a stripped and light version of Kudos Boards. Every single user can subscribe to a 30 days trial to experience the full blown version of Kudos Boards. Administrators can see on their dashboard who have requested the trial.
License can be bought per user so that only the users who uses Boards, can have the license for a full blown version. Saves money, because not everyone really uses Activities and/or Kudos Boards. They should, but they aren’t.
