Each invitee should be able to pad calendar events to account for necessary travel time to and from a meeting or other event. This lead and lag time should be visibly distinct from the meeting itself but should show up in your busy time. CASE: You have a meeting from 1-3 PM across town and will need at least 30 minutes of travel time. Looking at your calendar you should see not only when the meeting starts and ends but also when you need to leave and when you will be back in the office (hence available for other meetings). Other users would see you are busy from 12:30 - 3:30 PM
