Proposed a new idea for Connections: change invite process.

Change Invite process and possibilities into a more manageable service.

In order to get a better understanding about your invited external users, there is a need for change in that process.

1. Optional choice of security: Disallow all users to invite externals, except for those with the rights to do so. ( Like with Communities )
2. When you invite an external, you must be set/pointed as the owner of that external user in order to know who invited who. You must be set responsible for that external user.
3. Possibility to disable an external user anually: delete or set inactive.
4. When you invite an external, we would like to set an expiration date. We need that because some external users are only allowed to access Connections during a project.
5. We would like to have a view where you can see the owners and invitee.
6. There must be a way to extend the expiration date of an external.
